In November 2023 we opened a tasting room and shop beside our kombucha microbrewery in Clarecastle.Â
It is open every weekend where we serve our kombucha on tap, in glass bottles and in refillable bags.Â
You can also sip on a little tasting tray of all our flavours, any limited edition batches we may have on and chat to the incredible team behind Hurst.Â
We also serve coffee, sandwiches and sweet treats made either in-house our by our amazing local suppliers.Â

We opened our tasting room as a touchpoint for our customers knowing we wanted to incorporate more people into our day to day life.Â
Since opening, we have hosted many community events with thanks to local community groups, artists, crafters and generally great people.Â
We now host monthly events such as games night, yoga classes, workshops and open no-mics to name a few.Â

Our tasting rooms are available to hire! It brings us great joy that we can share this space with others for workshops, retreats, classes, community groups and celebrations.
The space is bright, relaxing with plenty of easy parking nearby and located just 8 minutes from the centre of Ennis.
Capacity 10-60 people. The space can also be linked to the traditional pub next door for extra capacity (additional 100 people).Â
There is also an option to personalise your booking with a selction of drinks whether that be Kombucha coffee & tea or food offering, a private bar with bespoke menu and a projector available to hire in this relaxing environment just outside Ennis.
