Our first range is a trio of kombuchas inspired by our native hedgerows.We use fresh loose leaf teas from small tea gardens to create these non-alcoholic, low in sugar, soft drinks.All of the ingredients are 100% natural and are sourced ethically through Fairtrade certification.

Winter Berry Kombucha

Hurst original kombucha infused with blackberry and rosemary. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Apple Spiced Kombucha

Hurst original Kombucha blended with, crisp apple, vanillia, and infused with cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves

Fiery Ginger kombucha

Hurst original kombucha recipie infused with ginger juice and chilli. Can be enjoyed hot or cold. Perfect for those cold winter days

Wild Berry Kombucha

A light and refreshing taste that brings you back to picking bramble berries in autumn. In the old Irish Brehon laws brambles were considered one of the bushes of the wood. Clearing a field of brambles would be subject to the fine of one dairt (a year-old heifer).

Apple & Elderflower

Elderflower blended with delicately sweet apple is a beautiful subtle combination. -In early Irish law the apple was considered as Airig Fedo (Noble of the Wood) – its food being a very important food source throughout history.

Plum & Pear Kombucha

This is a proper orchard pair lending elegant and crisp pear notes to our kombucha base.
